Mary Lynn

Patient Treatment Coordinator

Mary Lynn, our Patient Treatment Coordinator, has been in the field of orthodontics for over 21 years. Mary Lynn has been with Dr. Thacker since 1997. She has worked in all areas of orthodontics and is very knowledgeable. A patient’s initial visit to Dr. Thacker’s office will be scheduled with Dr. Thacker and Mary Lynn as they perform the clinical exam and discuss treatment needs and options. Mary Lynn is CPR/AED certified. She is a native of Chattanooga, Tennessee, and brings her southern charm to our office. She and her husband of 25 years have 3 children and live in Batavia. In addition to her volunteer work on the St. Xavier High School Lacrosse Board and the Mother’s Club, Mary Lynn enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Kate

Financial Coordinator

Kate, our Financial Coordinator, has been working in the medical/dental field for 22 years, and has been with Dr. Thacker since 1998. Kate will work with you and your insurance company to make orthodontics affordable. She and her husband have 2 children and live on a small farm in New Richmond. Kate is CPR/AED certified. She enjoys camping, hiking, and the outdoors in general. Kate is a dedicated volunteer at a local animal shelter and enjoys attending her children’s many sports activities.

Cathy

Registered Dental Hygienist

Cathy, a Registered Dental Hygienist, joined our practice in 2006. She has been working in the dental field for 21 years, 4 in the field of orthodontics. Cathy assists Dr. Thacker in the removal of braces, sharing in our patients’ most exciting day! Cathy provides instruction on oral hygiene for our patients in braces. She is CPR/AED certified. Cathy resides in Anderson Township and has a married daughter and 2 “grand dogs”. Cathy enjoys family, reading, singing, beading, gardening, and women’s ministries.

Myra

Scheduling Coordinator

Myra, our Scheduling Coordinator, has been working in Dr. Thacker’s office since 1995 with over 10 years prior experience in the medical field. She will greet you with a smile as well as schedule appointments, answer your questions, and make you comfortable in our office. Myra is CPR/AED certified. She and her husband have 3 grown children, and are now the proud grandparents of three. Myra, a movie buff, also enjoys walking and spending time with her family and friends.

Cheryl

Scheduling and Treatment Coordinator

Cheryl, our Scheduling and Treatment Coordinator, has been with Dr.Thacker’s office since 1988. She has over 27 years of experience in the dental field. Prior to Dr. Thacker’s office, she was an assistant in oral and maxillofacial surgery. While scheduling your appointments, Cheryl will answer your questions and help in any way to make your office experience pleasant. She is a certified Dental Radiographer as well as CPR/AED certified. Cheryl and her husband have 2 children and live in Anderson Township. Cheryl enjoys reading, karaoke, boating, attending her children’s many activities, and volunteering at their schools. Cheryl also enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Julie

Lab Technician

Julie, our Lab Technician, has over 33 years of experience in the field of orthodontics. Julie has been with Dr. Thacker since 1999 and previously owned and operated her own dental lab. Julie fabricates all of the orthodontic appliances and retainers used in our office. She is CPR/AED certified. Julie has 2 grown children and resides in Cincinnati. She enjoys spending her free time with her two best buddies, her grandson and her golden retriever.

Katrina

Clinical Coordinator

Katrina was Dr. Thacker’s first employee and has been with our office since 1986. Katrina is our Clinical Coordinator as well as a Chair Side Technician and has been in the field of orthodontics for over 30 years. As a technician, Katrina assists Dr. Thacker during patient appointments. She is a certified Dental Radiographer as well as CPR/AED certified. Katrina loves to garden, bird watch and is an avid college basketball fan. A resident of Norwood, Katrina and her husband have three children.

Kim

Chair Side Technician

Kim, a Chair Side Technician, has worked in the field of orthodontics for over 25 years, and has been with Dr. Thacker since 1995. As a technician, Kim assists Dr. Thacker during patient appointments and is an expert in digital photography. She is a certified Dental Radiographer as well as CPR/AED certified. Kim and her husband have 2 children and reside on their farm in Batavia. Kim enjoys music, gardening, caring for her animals, and spending time with her family.

Beth

Chair Side Technician

Beth, a Chair Side Technician, has worked in the dental field for over 9 years, and has been with Dr. Thacker since 1999. As a technician, Beth assists Dr. Thacker during patient appointments and also has been trained to utilize our Dolphin Imaging software. She is a certified Dental radiographer as well as CPR/AED certified. Beth and her husband reside in Bethel with their 2 children. A NASCAR enthusiast, Beth also enjoys camping, boating, and spending time with family.

Sandy

Chair Side Technician

Sandy, a Chair Side Technician, has over 27 years experience in all areas of orthodontics. She has been with Dr. Thacker since 2001. Sandy assists him during appointments as well as manages our recall system. Sandy is a certified Dental Radiographer as well as CPR/AED certified. She and her husband of over 25 years reside in Anderson Township and have two grown children. Gardening, entertaining, and spending time with her family are Sandy’s favorite pastimes.

Angela

Chair Side Technician

Angela, a Chair Side Technician, has over 7 years orthodontic experience, and has been with Dr. Thacker since 2003. Angela assists Dr. Thacker during patient appointments and in the fabrication of retainers. She is a certified Dental Radiographer as well as CPR/AED certified. Angela enjoys working with our patients and spending time with family and friends.
